Herding 101

We have entered the wonderful world of goats. All we and our collies are learning the basics of herding, as well. Quite different from herding each other or (Glory be to God), 20 year old Kitty.

Here are some pictures of our little herd. They are pygmy goat crosses, and are wonderful, endearing little creatures. Having our own milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, and even fiber to spin, are the primary reasons we decided to experience goat keeping. Our collies are the secondary reason. All will work out nicely as God blesses.
